This course has been designed to provide the required skills and knowledge to manage the performance of staff that are direct reports, in accordance with the 10-HR-ER-WIN-0003 Counselling and Discipline Work Instruction and the requirements of Fair Work Australia. The course should be completed in conjunction with the Counselling and Discipline work Instruction Training Guide.
